Summit Security Systems Ltd opened it doors for business in April 2014 and although not a year old yet we have had a very busy and successful beginning.

With 26 years of experience in the industry especially within the high security sector, founder and owner Garry Ennis has a vision of how he wants to develop the business. And his No.1 priority is to build a relationship of trust, reliability and understanding with every customer that we serve.
Garry believes that if you don’t build up a solid understanding with your customers then you can’t build a solid relationship and therefore will never truly deliver the correct solutions for their business needs.
One of the driving forces in this vision is that we will never quote for business from floor plans or architect drawings. We feel strongly that if we can’t meet you to begin the relationship and listen to your needs, then we are not serving you in the professional manner that you deserve.

We are all about protection, protecting your staff, infrastructure and asset’s. The only way to do this effectively is to understand your needs right from the get go. We will always start the process by listening to you and learning about your business and security requirements. Only then can we work with you to discuss, design and implement them.
Once we implement and complete your system our No. 1 priority then turns to “Customer Service”.
There are too many companies out there that seem very attentive to you while looking for your business but as soon as they invoice and receive payment it can seem to you that their customer service goes on a long extended holiday.
At Summit our relationship doesn’t end with the delivery and payment for your system. Quite the opposite, it only truly begins with our dedicated after sales customer service delivery.
